Jesse Lo has worked in the culinary industry in BC Canada, Hong Kong and Macao for more than 30 years. Throughout his career journey, he supported numerous restaurant businesses by managing and operating dozens of restaurants. Jesse can address operational issues and offer constructive approaches. He has extensive knowledge of the various aspects of food management ranging from early concept developments, market analysis, operational budgeting, and menu creation to managing cost, inventory, staff training and enhancing guests’ dining experiences.
